Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SynapseFleet’s delivery services and website. By booking a delivery or submitting a quote request, you agree to the following:

1. Service Scope

SynapseFleet provides scheduled, white-glove, on-demand, and after-hours delivery services for medical and healthcare-related items. We reserve the right to decline services outside our operational capabilities or legal compliance.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate pickup/delivery information, ensure package readiness, and provide access to secure areas if applicable. Any delays caused by inaccurate information or inaccessibility may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

All services are subject to pricing discussed in advance or defined in a formal agreement. Payment is due upon delivery or via contract terms. Late payments may incur fees.

4. Cancellations & Delays

Scheduled services can be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events outside our control will be communicated, but SynapseFleet will not be held liable for resulting damages.

5. Liability Limitations

While we take all necessary precautions, SynapseFleet is not responsible for loss or damage beyond the insured value of the item or delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to declare value when needed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal disputes shall be handled in Salt Lake County.
